At Campus Studios Passau, you benefit from a transparent all-inclusive rent. Hot water, heating, electricity and high-speed internet are already included.

This allows you to plan your monthly housing costs from the start, without having to arrange separate energy or internet contracts yourself.

All student apartments are fully furnished and ready to move into. Furnishings include a bed, desk, wardrobe, shelving and seating.

Each apartment also has its own kitchenette with a ceramic hob, refrigerator and storage space, as well as a private bathroom with a toilet and shower.

You can choose between two apartment types. The Studio-Apartments are approximately 15 to 18 m² in size and offer everything you need for everyday student life in a compact space.

The Comfort-Apartments offer more space at approximately 20 to 28 m² and, depending on their location, also feature a terrace or rooftop terrace. Both apartment types are designed for single occupancy.

The Campus Studios are located at Neuburger Straße 55 in Passau and offer excellent connections to the university.

By bike, you can reach the University of Passau in about 8 minutes, and by bus in around 10 minutes. A bus stop is just a few minutes’ walk from the student residence. The main train station, hospital and shopping facilities are also within easy reach.

Depending on your needs, you can use or add various optional services. These include covered parking spaces, private storage units, a secure bicycle storage room and charging points for electric vehicles.

The building also has a laundry and drying room, as well as a free communal area with lounge and seating areas for studying, relaxing and meeting other residents.

You can submit your application directly via the Campus Studios Passau website. Simply select your preferred apartment type and your planned move-in date.

Your request will then be checked against current availability. If a suitable apartment is available, you will receive information about the next steps and the rest of the application process.

The documents required for your application depend on your individual circumstances. You will be informed about the necessary information and supporting documents during the application process.

If certain documents – such as your certificate of enrolment – are not yet available when you submit your request, you can still apply for an apartment. The next steps will then be coordinated with you individually.

After you submit your enquiry, we will first check whether a suitable student apartment is available. You will then receive information about the required documents and the specific rental terms.

Once all documents have been reviewed, the tenancy agreement can be signed. The move-in date and apartment handover will then be arranged with you. Your initial apartment enquiry alone does not constitute a binding tenancy agreement.
